I cut in half the sandwich loaf, but you can also use a mold nicer;)
I then beaten egg with milk , and dipped the bread in this mixture.
I closed sandwiches in half the number of bread and crushed right up close to the end. I melted the butter in a pan, and when I threw it seems to froth the medallions.
