Soapy Taste, Pregnancy Symptom

From a recipe by Luca Montersino slightly revised ...
Dovendolo I could not carry the coverage of Italian meringue, so I opted for the Marshmallow Fondant (MMF).
I used sponge cake of rice instead of the classic and the strawberry syrup instead of the wet alchermes.

Ingredients for Italian Meringue:

400 g sugar 100 g water 250 g of egg white

100 g sugar

Ingredients for vanilla parfait: 275 gr

whipped cream 1 vanilla bean
100 grams of chocolate chips

For finishing:
300 grams of sponge
45 grams of sugar solution 70% (1 kg of sugar dissolved in 300 grams of hot water)

begin by preparing the Italian meringue.
. On the basis of planetary put the egg white and the dose of sugar with less weight and begin to mount.
Place in a saucepan the water and then sugar higher weight and increase the temperature to 121 degrees.
When the egg is mounted on the planet, I throw a wire on the edge of the compound planetary pan. Fit until I get a stable foam. I take
